Week #2
Challenge #2
Each day this week, when you wake up in the morning and look
in bathroom mirror, say out loud in the mirror (1) thing you conquered in your life, e.g
a specific exam/certification (NCLEX USMLE Bar Dosimetry, realtor, other, etc), cancer, removing yourself
from a toxic relationship, paying off a loan/credit card, reaching a personal goal, graduation, reaching personal records in the gym, starting your
own business, reaching a goal at work, raising kids, setting healthy boundaries
at work and in relationships, learning to give yourself grace, etc.
The goal of this challenge is to remind us that we HAVE conquered
MULTIPLE difficulties in our lives and to NOT allow life’s obstacles to break
us. Hold fast, hold steady, and don’t lose sight of the thing(s) that have anchored
you all these years e.g family, friends, faith, other, etc.
