Think back on tasks or things on your to do list that you have not gotten around to doing or have been putting off. Pick a couple things off that list and not only start them this week BUT finish them this week! Procrastination is scared of you! =)

Week #2

Challenge #2

Each day this week, when you wake up in the morning and look in bathroom mirror, say out loud in the mirror (1) thing you conquered in your life, e.g a specific exam/certification (NCLEX USMLE Bar Dosimetry, realtor, other, etc), cancer, removing yourself from a toxic relationship, paying off a loan/credit card, reaching a personal goal, graduation, reaching personal records in the gym, starting your own business, reaching a goal at work, raising kids, setting healthy boundaries at work and in relationships, learning to give yourself grace, etc.

The goal of this challenge is to remind us that we HAVE conquered MULTIPLE difficulties in our lives and to NOT allow life’s obstacles to break us. Hold fast, hold steady, and don’t lose sight of the thing(s) that have anchored you all these years e.g family, friends, faith, other, etc.

Hello blog community! (Intro)

 

Hello blog community!

I must admit that I am excited to start a journey of self growth and positivity while simultaneously encouraging others. This blog has been on my heart for some time and maybe fear of failure held me back from starting but what is failure if even one person benefits?

Motivation and more with Casborina is intended to be a positive space for a community of people trying to become their best selves while cultivating sunshine inside and out in a world that can sometimes feel cold.

A little about me first…

I am a career woman, family oriented, pet lover( 2 adopted kitty cats), traveler( Scotland was breathtaking), foodie( where there is good food count me in!), huge advocate for mental health ( end the stigma), and can likely catch me trying out new natural hair products or makeup/skincare on the market and giving unsolicited reviews to friends and family(hehehe).
